Wedding flowers by Brigid Rynne Brigid first took an interest in floristry at Winkfield Place, the celebrated cordon bleu cookery college run by Rosemary Hume and Constance Spry. At Winkfield she gained a distinction in practical floristry and flower arranging, and followed this up with a professionally-recognised course at the Constance Spry Flower School in London's West End. Following a spell with society fashion designers, Bellville Sassoon, Brigid began her career in floristry with Sophie Hanna at Pugh & Carr in the early 80's. She has had wedding bouquets featured in Condé Naste's Brides magazine, and has decorated many party venues and wedding receptions. Brigid has relocated to France and is not currently accepting commissions. |
